Secure Packaging
Place the jewellery in its original Touch925 presentation box and ensure all authenticity certificates and tags are included before sealing it in a tamper-proof mailer.
Handover to Courier
Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will schedule a doorstep pickup at your convenience; please ensure you collect the acknowledgment receipt.
Quality Check and Refund
After our artisans inspect the returned piece for its original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
